Mr. Cummings joined FleetNet in 2005, bringing expertise in the areas of accounting (non-practicing CPA in the states of Arkansas and Texas) and information technology. He has been affiliated with ArcBest Corporation® (parent company of FleetNet America) and its subsidiaries in various capacities since 1992. Prior to joining the ArcBest organization, he was the Director of Information for GI Trucking Company. He became President of FleetNet on February 1, 2011, and succeeded Oren Summer as CEO on July 1, 2011.
Mr. Buell joined FleetNet in 2012, bringing over 30 years of expertise in sales and marketing management. He is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies for FleetNet America. Additionally, Mr. Buell facilitates growth and goal attainment of new and existing accounts while also working to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels. Prior to joining FleetNet, he held sales and marketing roles in Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Johnson Wax.
Mr. Wood joined FleetNet in 2012, bringing over 27 years of expertise in finance and administration management. He is responsible for all long-range financial matters and establishing company-wide financial and administrative objectives and policies to ensure FleetNet maintains a sound financial structure. Prior to joining FleetNet, he was Controller for DeWitt Petroleum, CFO of GI Trucking and Revenue Control Manager for Carolina Freight Carriers.
Mr. Johnson joined FleetNet in 2007. He is responsible for management and coordination of the Information Technology department. Since joining FleetNet, he has been in numerous technical and management positions, propelling the company toward innovative and robust solutions designed to further the efficiency and resiliency required by the company.
Mr. Crane joined FleetNet in 2007. He is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the day to day operations of TMcare in its entirety. He was employed with Carolina Freight Carriers for over 15 years, beginning as a terminal manager and working up to managing the largest facilities in the system along with other responsibilities at the corporate office in Cherryville, North Carolina. Prior to joining FleetNet, he held various management positions with several trucking companies that resulted in positive sales growth and productivity.
Mr. Doty joined FleetNet in 2016. He is responsible for planning, development and management of FleetNet America’s vendor network. He has over 10 years of transportation and retail management experience. Prior to joining FleetNet, he held management positions with other companies associated with the transportation industry.
Mr. Gildenhorn joined FleetNet in 2011, bringing over 22 years of experience in managing large teams of sales professionals. He is responsible for building, equipping and leading a team of senior sales executives to deliver customer-focused ideas.
Mr. Moore joined FleetNet in 2016, bringing over 30 years of fleet operations and maintenance management experience. Prior to joining FleetNet, Tim held various management positions in his career most recently with Watkins Refrigerated preceded by FedEx Freight, Watkins Motor Lines and Carolina Freight Carriers Corp. Mr. Moore is responsible for leading the Emergency Roadside Service Center and Quality Solutions team.
Mr. Costner joined FleetNet in 1997. He is responsible for managing and leading the on-boarding processes for new Roadside customers as well as designing, managing and implementing protocol changes for existing customers. He also ensures systems and related processes are optimized for Roadside operations, collaborating with the Roadside management team for an overall quality customer experience.
Mr. Williams joined FleetNet in 2003. He is responsible for planning, development and management of all the organization's vendors. He has over 10 years’ experience in the trucking industry and over 20 years’ experience in customer service. Prior to joining FleetNet, he held management positions with other companies associated with the trucking industry. He has been recognized with several awards and honors within the heavy duty towing industry.
Mr. Gene Anderson
Director of Business Intelligence
Mr. Anderson joined FleetNet in 2011, bringing expertise in the areas of management, information technology and analytics. He is responsible for furthering the company’s ability to make meaningful, data-driven decisions while providing high quality impactful analysis to our customers. Since joining FleetNet, he has served as an Analyst and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to joining FleetNet, he held senior management positions in the Housing Industry where he developed and implemented operational and analytical software systems.
Mrs. Dean joined FleetNet in 2005, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all internal and external marketing strategies, communications and public relations activities. She also facilitates customer development through various marketing and customer service programs.
Mr. Jeremy Mikell
Director of Invoice Processing
Mr. Mikell joined FleetNet in 2008. He is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations for Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable within the Accounting department. These areas are responsible for accurately receiving and processing vendor invoices, invoicing the customer after applying VMRS coding, and processing customer payments while reconciling outstanding balances. Since joining FleetNet, Jeremy has held various accounting and management positions, bringing clear focus and discipline to his areas of responsibility.
Mr. Shuford joined FleetNet in 2008 and is responsible for management of the Roadside fleet manager team, quality solutions and support personnel as well as building relationships with customers and ensuring positive workflow and processes in the operations arena. With 29 years’ experience in fleet maintenance, Daryle’s tenure includes various management positions at Overnite Transportation, Volvo Trucks North America, Thermo King, and Waste Management. Mr. Shuford has received various awards including the Craftsman Award, Achievement in Diesel Troubleshooting, as well as being one of the first TMC VMRS Specialists certified in 2014.
Mrs. Stafford joined FleetNet in 2011, bringing over 20 years of human resource experience. She is responsible for employee recruitment, plus development, implementation and continuous staff improvement to ensure accurate and efficient operations. As the principal developer and facilitator of personnel protocols and procedures, Mrs. Stafford fosters the FleetNet Family focus and recommends improvements through systems' efficiencies.
