Increased PM Compliance & Lower CSA Scores

The fleet director of a food delivery fleet was looking for solutions to increase equipment compliance, lower the number of out-of-service vehicles and reduce DOT violations. Due to a small maintenance staff and because the department was seen as a cost center, the fleet had not been properly maintained. Working with FleetNet, she implemented successful procedures that led to increased PM compliance.
