Fleetnet America, Inc. Announces Two New Service Offerings

Press Release – (Cherryville, North Carolina, March 10, 2006) – FleetNet America, Inc. today announced the introduction of two new services, the FleetNet America Vehicle Securement Program and the FleetNet America Managed Care Program. Both of these services will be offered as a part of the FleetNet America Family of Services.

Through the FleetNet America Vehicle Securement Program, FleetNet will promptly secure a transportation fleet’s abandoned equipment to minimize the risk of loss or damage. FleetNet will oversee the delivery of abandoned equipment to a secured storage facility. Customers utilizing this service will be able to access information on the location and status of their equipment by logging into a password-controlled section of FleetNet’s Web site (www.fleetnetamerica.com). Customers participating in the FleetNet America Vehicle Securement Program will benefit from the same contractual vendor relationships FleetNet has established under its FleetNet Select Towing and Recovery Program.

The FleetNet America Managed Care Program will provide management of scheduled commercial equipment maintenance for transportation fleets. As a part of this program, FleetNet will provide all elements of a fleet equipment maintenance program including the establishment and oversight of preventative maintenance programs and the scheduling and tracking of annual Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) inspections. FleetNet will use trusted, pre-qualified vendors, with whom it has established relationships, to complete all scheduled maintenance functions. The FleetNet America Managed Care Program is ideal for equipment fleet managers who wish to initiate a new maintenance program, enhance their existing program, or outsource their equipment maintenance program.

“As the nation’s largest independent emergency roadside service provider, FleetNet has traditionally coordinated truck maintenance services including tire replacements, vehicle towing, and other mechanical repairs for fleets in the United States and Canada,” said Oren Summer, FleetNet America, Inc.’s President. “With a long history in the transportation industry, FleetNet has established trusted, contractual relationships with vendors nationwide. These long-time vendor relationships, combined with FleetNet’s industry experience and expertise, provide the natural foundation for introduction of these new service offerings.”

FleetNet is a third-party vehicle maintenance company that coordinates scheduled and nonscheduled service to truck fleets, owner-operators, original equipment truck manufacturers and after-market equipment providers. FleetNet receives nationwide service calls regarding on-the-road breakdowns at its call center which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. FleetNet’s call coordinators, who average more than 20 years of truck maintenance and repair experience, utilize a network of over 60,000 truck repair vendors to assist in providing vehicle repair and emergency road service throughout the continental United States and Canada. Through its FleetNet Select Towing and Recovery Program, FleetNet’s customers have nationwide access to preferential towing and recovery providers at competitive prices.
